  • Should I talk to the insurance company?

NO!   The insurance company will be reaching out to you to get a statement about the injury you've suffered or the death of your loved one.  Do not talk to the insurance company without representation.  You will be suffering the emotional toll of an injury or loss and you may be in pain and/or on pain medication.  This is NOT the time to make a statement about the facts of the injury of death of a loved one.  Moore Law, PLLC will communicate with the insurance company on your behalf to protect your lawsuit and to allow you the much needed time to heal.

  • If I am injured, should I see a doctor right away?

YES!  It is imperative that you seek medical treatment immediately and follow all recommendations made by your treating physician.

If your injury is caused by another party, you should be able to recover for the cost of your medical bills.  If you have health insurance, your insurer should pay for your medical bills in a timely manner.  If you do not have health insurance, your attorney can negotiate with your doctor and/or hospital to a make payment arrangements while your suit is pending.
